Privacy notice
This notice explains how Quantum AI Technologies International LLC ("QAIT", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website, qait.om. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulations.

What we collect
- When you email us. Your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message, including a CV if you register interest in working with us.
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to arrange discussions you have asked for.
- To consider you for current or future roles, where you have registered interest.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Where it is held and who sees it
The website and our email are hosted with Otech (Omantel) in data centres in Oman. Text on the site uses a typeface served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We share personal data with partners only when that is needed to answer your enquiry and you are aware of it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We keep CVs for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email kieran@qait.om. You may also raise a concern with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
